Worknight online concert series continues on May 23 with a solo set by Australian cellist/composer Judith Hamann. Judith’s performance practice stretches across various genres encompassing elements of improvised, contemporary classical, experimental, and popular music.
She has spent this spring at the HIAP residency in Suomenlinna, and before the pandemic broke out, we had everything set for a concert in Turku. Instead, we are now very happy to have Judith join us for a live stream. The
Worknight concerts are organized together with printer Sakari Männistö and they are be live-streamed from his beautiful printing studio. During the concerts Sakari will prepare a printed poster of the event simultaneously with the concert – live music & live printing!
